Dream big ya'll!!! I LOVE coffee & tea! I love bright colors, vibrant flavors, & any opportunity that I have to be creative. Free Spirit Brews has been sitting on my shelf for a while. I believe everything happens for a reason. When one door closes another door opens. In 2 weeks I took an idea and turned it into a reality.

I believe drinks should do more than quench thirst—they should create moments. Moments to slow down, connect, and feel good in your body and mind.

At our core, we are a craft beverage company rooted in balance. Coffee brings energy. Tea brings clarity. Kava brings calm. Together, they represent the rhythm of a full day and a full life. We exist to help you move through that rhythm intentionally.

Free Spirit Brews has been accepted into 2 markets and several invitations to park at private businesses. We will be posting our schedule soon!

Free Spirit Brews will be at Freebird Fitness this Saturday May 9th from 8am-1pm handing out samples during their HOT ROOM Grand Opening!!!
Come check out this beautiful new space where I have the honor of teaching and grab some samples of a few of my specialty drinks.
Official launch post coming soon! Until then check out my website and see what we are brewing!!! I am so proud of the amazing menu we have built. Each drink is specially crafted with quality and mostly organic ingredients. Our drinks have been created to be bright and beautiful using only natural ingredients. NO artificial dyes! We hand make our cold brew, lemonade, juices, teas, and syrups.

In honor and respect for all military personnel who died while serving in the United States Armed forces we join together to complete this nationally celebrated hero WOD.

Hero WOD's are workouts designed to honor individuals who have made sacrifices. The MURPH workout is a way to remember and honor the service and sacrifices of Michael P. Murphy, who died in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.

This isn't just about the workout. It's about a ritual that fosters a sense of community and emphasizes the resilience of the human spirit.
