So I offer a program called The Healing Journey for Men and Boys — it’s a 90-day experience that combines counseling and art therapy to help with things like trauma, emotional struggles, and relationship issues.

A lot of the boys and men I work with have trouble putting their feelings into words. This program gives them another way in — through creativity, expression, and trust-building. It’s not just talk therapy — we use hands-on projects that really help them open up and start to heal from the inside out.

It’s structured but gentle. We work one-on-one, and there’s even an option for family sessions if that’s something the client needs. By the end, most people are communicating better, feeling more connected, and have a clearer path forward.

It’s especially great for anyone who’s been through tough family situations, feels emotionally shut down, or just needs help reconnecting with themselves or others.
