Just because you can do more doesn't always mean you should. 💙Stress can lead to a decrease in energy, trouble concentrating, and a change in appetite. Physical symptoms could be headache, body aches, or stomach problems. Stress can also cause feelings of fear, anger, numbness, and worry.

You can help boost your mental health and decrease stress by going on a walk, journaling, talking to a close friend, and getting more sleep.

Tomorrow is the last day to register your child for the QC Easter Egg Hunt on the Quad Cities River Bandits field this Sunday, March 29th! Doors open at 12:30pm and the first egg hunt starts at 1:15pm.
