Alright, After a long couple weeks and a new sim card my phone seems to be back to normal. I apologize to anyone who tried to call during that time, if you left a voicemail I most likely didn't get that either. Hopefully there will be no more issues from here on. Thank you for your patience!

Update on the cellcom situation: I seem to have internet and texting back. Calling and receiving calls/voicemails has been up and down yet. Seems to work when it wants to and then stops again.
