As of Oct 1, 2025, Medicare and Medicare Advantage will no longer cover Telehealth visits for Primary Care.

Patients with Medicaid and Commercial
Insurance will need to call their insurance
and ask if they will continue to cover telehealth.

If you are a patient of West End Pharmacy and you have contacted our office about sending a prescription to an alternate pharmacy, please be patient with us! We are working timely to get these sent, but have been overloaded with calls for this issue. We are working normal business hours today and seeing patients during this time.
