It was truly an honor to present at the SWVCA Conference on “The Forgotten Power of the Magnificent Brain.”

What a gift to gather with our own Propel team, reconnect with longtime colleagues, and meet new clinicians who are hungry to learn and grow. There was such energy in the room around integrating more holistic, brain and body-focused approaches into counseling.

The future of our field is not either/or…it’s both/and.
Talk therapy and neuroscience.
Insight and regulation.
Mind and body.

There will be a food curbside pickup on January 29, 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM for Ridgeview Elementary, Ridgeview Middle, Ridgeview High, and Wolfpack Education Center students. The location will be the main parking lot bus lane of the Ridgeview campus in front of the high school. The meals will consist of 4 breakfasts and 4 lunches and will be first come, first serve, They will be handed out until they run out.
