THE CLINICIANS AT CSaM ACCEPT SEVERAL INSURANCES such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Magellan, Medicare, Meridian Health Plan of Michigan, McLaren Health Plan, and Molina. The clinicians at CSaM are licensed with the State of Michigan. The clinicians offer a wide range of substance abuse and mental health services. The services are available for persons of all ages, offering affordable and easily accessible substance abuse and mental health care. SOME OF THE COMMON ISSUES WE TREAT ARE:
Anxiety, Depression, Co-Dependency, Divorce/Separation, Grief and Loss, Stress/Anxiety, Major Life Events, Child and Adolescent Behavior, Employment, Child and Spousal Abuse, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Su***de Awareness. OUTPATIENT SERVICES PROVIDED:
-Individual Therapy for; Adults, Teens, Adolescents, Children, and the elderly
