Why a VISION STATEMENT? What can it do for you?
This week in my group we are talking about what, as middle-age women going through the Change, want the 2nd half of our lives to look like!
Don’t scoff, frown, or roll your eyes!
This exercise can have a huge impact on every area of your life. Yes, your health & fitness, relationships, career, finances, faith, and so much more.
You have to think, “ okay I am 40?, 50?, or even 60? And where am I now?
With no vision statement you are most likely:
1. Overweight and out of shape
2. Starting to experience the “empty nest” syndrome
3. Maybe blessed with some grandkids
4. But now dealing with some health issues
5. And feeling the burnout of life
With no vision or mission in life we will experience a variety of symptoms like
☑️Depression
☑️Loss of Indentity and Self-Worth
☑️Anxiety
☑️Fatigue and exhaustion
☑️Unhealthy eating patterns
☑️And no understanding of how awesome life can be
Okay, yeah Missy you have hit some hot spots and are speaking to me. Great! But WTH am I supposed to do moving forward? Where do I start?
There are TWO things I recommend.

And on a final note: Start thinking about what you want your life to look like from today forward.

And feel great about yourself
