What results can i expect?
Individual results can vary but clients report:
- reduce swelling or heaviness
- improved comfort
- decrease pain and relaxation
- feeling more supported during recovery

Will post-op sessions hurt?
These sessions should not be painful. Our post-op approach is gentle, intentional, and adapted to where you are in your healing process.

What does post-op lymphatic care do?
We focus on swelling management, supporting lymphatic flow to remove cellular debris and improve blood flow, pain management, and overall surgical recovery. As rehab professionals, we can guide you on return to activity and mobility as indicated as well.

When can I come for care?
This depends on your procedure and surgeons recommendation. Some procedures we can begin a few days post-op, while others we may need to wait longer

How many sessions do I need?
Every body heals differently. Some clients notice huge benefits after one session and others need a series of visits. We strive to create individualized treatment plans for you and your stage of recovery.

What can I do to support my healing after our sessions?
Follow your surgeons instructions, but in general, stay hydrated, avoid activities that have been restricted and communicate any changes

What are contraindications of post-op care?
We want to be part of your team and will work together once cleared by your surgeon. Any signs of infection, uncontrolled pain, or complications are contraindicated
