W.T.F.F. What The Fascia Friday sending you a friendly reminder of the importance of drinking water!
Many clients are surprised when I ask “You drink a lot of water, don’t you?” Their response is always “How do you know? Or Typically but not the best today” This is because as a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist I can literally feel the difference in one’s tissue, on the surface level and deeper within the fascia (even well before the cupping marks)! How well does it give, move, and release? This also will impact how well you recover, heal, and maintain the softness in your fascia! Which determines how much joint stiffness, range of motion, and/or pain you experience.
So… drink the water… your body will thank you! (reminder to myself as well… let’s help keep each other accountable with our H2O!)
