If you see them in the office, share a quick ā€˜congratulations’!

Spring has arrived—bringing longer days, warmer weather, and the perfect opportunity to take your therapy session outside 🌿 At Good Life Therapy, we are offering Walk & Talk therapy sessions that incorporate movement, fresh air, and nature into your healing process.

If you are curious about Walk & Talk therapy, please talk with your therapist to determine whether it can be incorporated into your treatment plan (or ask us as a new client!). Your therapist will discuss details and review the informed consent before getting started.

Please note: outdoor sessions may not be suitable for everyone. Talk with your therapist to see if it’s right for you.
