🌧️ Rainy Day Reminder from Full Circle Chiropractic
Rainy days have a funny way of slowing everything down…
except that tight neck, stiff low back, or those nagging aches that seem louder when the weather turns.
If you’re feeling it today, you’re not imagining things. Changes in weather can make joints feel more restricted and muscles more tense.
But here’s the good news:
You don’t have to just ride it out.
A gentle adjustment can help:
✔️ Restore movement
✔️ Reduce tension
✔️ Get you feeling like yourself again
So while the rain keeps falling…
why not take care of the one thing you carry through every season—your body?
Stay dry, stay moving, and take care of your spine today. ☔

🌟 Tuesday Tune-Up 🌟
If Monday was the “wake-up call,” Tuesday is where your body starts filing complaints 📋😅
Neck tight?
Shoulders creeping up toward your ears?
Low back whispering “hey… remember me?”
That’s your spine asking for a little attention.
✨ Think of an adjustment like a reset button for your nervous system — helping everything move smoother, feel lighter, and function the way it should.
Don’t wait until it turns into a full-blown “I can’t turn my head” situation…
Catch it early, feel better faster 🙌

🌿 Wednesday Wellness 🌿
Your body has been carrying you through busy days, long drives, and everything in between…
Have you taken a moment to return the favor? 💭
Wellness isn’t always about big changes.
Sometimes it’s as simple as:
✨ Sitting a little taller
✨ Taking a deep breath
✨ Moving your body with intention
Small habits stack up… and your future self will thank you for every one of them.
Take a moment today to check in with your body — it’s the only place you have to live. 🦴💚

Midweek check-in 🌿
Not everything that matters shows up overnight.
Healing takes time. Strength builds quietly. Progress often whispers before it roars.
Today doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.
A little less tension.
A little more movement.
A little more awareness of how your body feels.
That’s enough.
Keep showing up for yourself. Your future self is already grateful.

Did you wake up this morning feeling like:
A) 💪 “Let’s conquer the week!”

No judgment here… we see all of the above by noon on Mondays 😄

• Warm up before yard work (yes, really)
• Take breaks instead of going full weekend warrior

If you woke up today with:
🔹 Neck stiffness from too much screen time

🔹 That “I slept wrong” shoulder feeling
🔹 Headaches creeping in by Friday afternoon
…it might not be bad luck.
It might just be your spine asking for a reset.
At our office in Clive, we help people from Windsor Heights, West Des Moines, and the surrounding area get aligned so they can head into the weekend feeling better.
✨ No superstitions required. Just good chiropractic care.
If your back feels cursed today… we know a good fix. 😉
