We have had the great privilege of partnering with the Waukee school district through the Waukee Innovation and Learning Center to provide CNA internships this school year. We were so lucky with our first group of students to work with, Harper and Avery! So much so, they are continuing to work here with us this summer before they continue their education at Texas Christian University and the University of South Dakota, respectively. We are so excited to celebrate our continued partnership with the Waukee Apex CNA Program! 💜

Good Morning! With spring comes road construction and we wanted to inform you of some closures that may impact your travel to our clinic!

The southbound entrance ramp to Interstate 80/35 at Hickman Road and southbound exit ramp to University Avenue will be closed for approximately 4 months.

There will be a marked detour route. The route uses Douglas Avenue, Douglas Parkway, Northwest 128th Street, University Avenue and I-80/I-35.

Please utilize alternative routes and give yourself extra travel time.

We are proud to announce the first Nevro1 sacroiliac joint fusion system in Iowa was implanted by Dr. Smith yesterday at West Lakes Surgery Center! This procedure provides rigid fixation by reducing sacroiliac joint motion and provides pain relief from a minimally invasive surgical approach. We are excited to have a new solution to offer for patients with sacroiliac joint pain!
