We want to give a special shoutout to our amazing nurse Heidi on being nominated for a Daisy Award! 🌼 Her compassion, dedication, and exceptional care make a difference in the lives of so many patients every day.
Even more special, her mother-in-law has also been nominated for a Daisy Award, what an incredible family of nurses making an impact through kindness and care💛
We are so proud to have Heidi on our team and grateful for all she does. We have included her nomination below so others can see just how deserving she is!

I'm writing to nominate Heidi from Pain Specialists of Iowa for a Daisy Award.
For many years, my wife, Shannah, has been a patient with PSI, and she has been fortunate to have Heidi help her through numerous procedures, infusions, assist with insurance complications, etc., and as great as she was in all of those situations, Heidi ALWAYS has been there to listen, support, and guide Shannah through many of her toughest times.
This has been especially true over the Spring of 2026 during Shannah's visits at Dallas County Hospital while Heidi is there with Kelli, their NP.
We can't speak highly enough of Heidi and the care and attention she provides, and has provided consistently time after time, after time.
We can't thank her enough, or clearly express the blessing she has been to Shannah, and me.”
