Baby Arwen Hope made her way into the world on Sunday June 2nd at 11:45AM at home. It was a long labor again but overall better. Unmedicated birth is impossibly difficult but I did it somehow! She’s a sweetheart. 7lb 9oz and 20in at birth.

Baby #2 coming demands a maternity leave from May 2024 through the end of August 2024. While I plan to take clients in September, I won’t book until I’m ready. Only March and April have openings left now!

Hi All! I have secured a new room at Body Connection in the Pine Tree Plaza.
I will be working every Thursday and some Mondays starting in December. My latest sessions will be 4 or 4:30 as I need to be home to feed my baby before his bedtime.
Also, I am only able to see existing clients at this time and not able to take any new ones.
Days are filling fast, so reach out to book!

Most little babies prefer to be in flexion. Enjoying the fetal position, and dislike tummy time. Well this lil guy much prefers to be as extended as possible all the time… and has been lifting his head during tummy time since day one! Seems like we’ve got a little bodybuilder on our hands.

As for me, I am almost 1 week post-op and looking forward to getting back to you guys as soon as I am fully healed. I am shooting for December, possibly a bit sooner. Still searching for a spot. Thank you for being so patient.❤️
