I didn’t ask for the highest and best. The sellers agents did. After being on the market for 6 month with one company, 2nd company takes over and after 48 days, when I give them a full asking, they ask for highest and best. After 6 days go by. This is their answer. How would you handle this? Asking price at $1,350,000 and 40% down. What’s wrong with it? My whole entire life, people told me to be the bigger person and let it go but this is for my client! #40%down

For anyone who would like to learn more on the subject of Closter's COAH (low income housing) obligation, there will be a meeting tonight 8:00 pm Borough Hall upstairs in Council chambers. It was publicized. All residents are invited to hear about it from the borough's expert planner and she will answer any questions you have.
