🙃✨ We flipped things… literally ✨🙃
Our Inversion Workshop with Gerard was a huge success — and yes, there were moments of “why am I upside down right now?” 😄
Between the laughs, the wobbles, and those “I actually did it!” moments, this workshop had it all. Gerard guided everyone with patience, skill, and just the right amount of encouragement to get us out of our comfort zones (and onto our hands 🫣).
Proof that sometimes you just need to turn your perspective upside down… and maybe trust your core a little more than you thought you could.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, tried something new, and didn’t let gravity win 💪🧡
Safe to say… we’ll be seeing the world differently for a while 😉

This class encourages bonding, builds confidence, and introduces mindfulness in a way that feels natural and welcoming for both kids and adults. Expect gentle movement, guided breathing, and moments of relaxation — all designed to help families connect and unwind.

No prior yoga experience needed. Just come ready to move, breathe, and spend meaningful time together. 💛
