Our 12:00pm Express Class today at Humble Yoga was the perfect midday break — quick, focused movement to stretch, strengthen, and reset before heading back into the afternoon.

March Mindfulness: Restorative Release is designed to help you let go of stored tension, slow the nervous system, and create space for renewal as we move into spring.
Through long-held, fully supported poses, mindful breathing, and intentional stillness, you’ll soften the body, quiet the mind, and allow yourself to rest deeply. This class offers the perfect pause from the busyness of life — a chance to shed winter’s weight and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and refreshed.

Open to all levels and ideal for anyone craving deep rest, release, and a seasonal reset.
