As a paid Elder Care Consultant I get to observe Clients in a variety of settings including Large Assisted Living Communities to make sure their environment is a good fit. I look for staff interaction and how well they know their job, food programs and activities.

I was so impressed by this Community in Santa Rosa and the activity program. They had a variety of activities through out the day including a Taste of Sonoma-coffee tasting with an educational component, group exercise programs and an interactive Bible study to just name a few. Way to Go Team.

Huge Huge Shout Out to Pine Ridge Terrace Assisted Living & Memory Care in Santa Rosa. I did an Emergency case today and I was able to observe the staff in most Departments and was throughly impressed by the interaction and quality of care they gave each Resident including my Client. Way to Go!!!
