The term “super moon” refers to a full moon that appears larger and brighter than usual, as it is at its closest point to Earth in its elliptical orbit. This celestial event provides a perfect backdrop for a yoga practice, honoring the divine feminine energy of the full moon. Following our yoga practice you’re invited to stay for a half hour astological reading for this spectacular full moon and a hightlight into what 2026 has in store for us! Bring an extra blanket, pillow or any other props you’d like to use that will help you feel supported during class.
