The Role: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
As an LCSW at Clarity, you'll play a pivotal role in our multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality psychotherapy and contributing to our holistic care model. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to patient needs.
Collaborate with our team on personalized treatment plans, including integration with medication management and innovative therapies like ketamine and Genesight testing.
Provide crisis counseling and support for patients dealing with acute mental health challenges.
Engage in community outreach and education to reduce mental health stigma and promote wellness.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in clinic initiatives for continuous improvement.
Foster a therapeutic environment that aligns with our values of compassion, empowerment, and holistic healing.
Qualifications:
Active LCSW license in New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain one).
Master's degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited program.
2+ years of clinical experience preferred (but not required—we value passion and potential!).
Strong skills in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
Excellent communication, empathy, and cultural competency to serve diverse populations, including children, adults, and seniors.
Commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development.
