Thompson PT has goals set in place that are achievable with timelines for each individual employee and client to strive to maintain optimum health, education and quality of care. ThompsonPT will also develop or reestablish function through individual client care plans that are implemented with personnel education, instruction, demonstration, with a component to perform at home allowing for continued personal care. The physical therapist provides individualized consultation, evaluations, follow up evaluations, and discharges that identify impairments that are treated with evidence-based care plans.
