Toothy Tuesday Tip From Dr. Powell 🦷💙 Make sure to brush twice a day! If you accidentally miss one make sure it is not at bedtime.

Throughout the day tiny bits of foods we eat and bacteria stick to our teeth with plaque. All of this is cleaned off and spit out when we brush our teeth before bed. Without food to feed the sugar bugs they can’t grow.

If kids build the habit of brushing morning and night they will do it forever. Help them learn healthy habits today and they will keep them forever! 🦷
