A little reminder for today 🤍
What a day it’s been 🥵
So, I grabbed oils HOPE & SACRED MOUNTAIN sitting on my desk at work and had a moment where I needed to do just this.

Relax your jaw.
Drop your shoulders.
Apply your favorite oil.
And breathe.

Sometimes the most helpful reset is the simplest one.

What oil are you reaching for when you need a moment?

The World Health Organization says the #1 anxiety that people are facing right now is...(wait for it) feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or constantly on edge.

Honestly—no surprise, right? I think we're all feeling that way lately.

Let's explore what’s happening in our body when we feel stressed.

🧠 Your cortisol (your main stress hormone) gets out of sync.

Did you know that cortisol naturally fluctuates all day long? Our cortisol level is heavily influenced by our environment, sleep quality, and the constant pressure of daily life.

From the body chemistry perspective:

Essential oils don’t actually force cortisol down by themselves. They work UPSTREAM by calming your nervous system first.

And that’s actually more powerful.

What does this do?
✔ Shifts you out of fight-or-flight
✔ Helps your brain register SAFETY again

Your body follows this pattern:

Essential oils → brain → nervous system → (then) cortisol

So instead of trying to “fix” cortisol directly, essential oils:
✔ Calm the system
✔ Let your body rebalance naturally

Here is where to start when you're feeling stressed:

Place a few drops of lavender, bergamot and/or frankincense essential oil in your hands, hold them over your nose, and take 5–10 slow, deep breaths.

You can also diffuse them for 15–30 minutes for a more surrounding feel.

💛 Bottom line:

You don’t need to fight your cortisol.

You need to remind your body that it’s SAFE.

And sometimes, that starts with something as simple as a deep breath and the right support.

Do you already do this? Tell me which essential oils you have found to be most beneficial.

Humility is YL oil of the month 🦋

Humility isn’t loud. It doesn’t need attention or applause.

It’s the quiet confidence of knowing who you are—without needing to prove it.
It’s choosing growth over ego, listening over reacting, and kindness over being right.

There’s something powerful about a person who can stand strong… and still stay soft.
Who can shine… without dimming anyone else. ✨
In a world that pushes us to be seen, humility reminds us to stay grounded. 🤍

Diffuse, apply over your heart, on your temples and brainstem. Breath it all in, set your intentions and let this beautiful oil bring you to a space of calm, strength and self love.

Humility™ essential oil blend contains 11 premium essential oils and has a soothing and calming aroma that initiates a foundation of humbleness, forgiveness, emotional strength, and deeper spiritual awareness. This is our “I am enough” blend.

Sounds like just a perfect oil to add to our daily routine🌷

Setting the tone in my beautiful space, slowing the energy, and getting ready to perform a Raindrop Technique session 🌿💧

There’s something so grounding about this moment… oils lined up, soft music playing, intention set. It’s not just about relaxation—it’s about creating space for the body to release, reset, and realign.

Grateful to be able to share this kind of calm with others. Let the healing vibes flow ✨
What an amazing experience it is💧

Gratitude and Acceptance today for everything good in life 🩷
These oils are incredibly magical ✨

There’s something really powerful about pairing the oils with a tiny intention, even just:
“I’m open to what is, and grateful for what’s here.”

Happy Sunday 🦋

Tranquility 💜

“Tranquility” is one of those words that just feels like an exhale.

At its core, it means a state of calm, peacefulness, and inner stillness—like nothing is pulling at you, nothing feels rushed, and your mind finally quiets down.

It can show up in different ways:
• In nature: sitting by water, hearing birds, soft wind through trees
• In your body: relaxed shoulders, steady breath, no tension
• In your mind: fewer racing thoughts, more clarity, feeling grounded
• In moments: early mornings, a warm bath, soft music, being fully present

It’s not just the absence of chaos—it’s the presence of peace.

This oil is one I keep in my purse and on my nightstand for those times I can’t calm all the chaos 😶‍🌫️🧠

Essential oils don’t just smell nice — they AMPLIFY focus ✨
They invite more of what we’re holding in our awareness.

That’s why Gary always said oils should be used wisely… and with intention.

If the mind is looping in fear, stress, or old stories, adding “Abundance” without awareness may simply magnify that state. But when you consciously choose your focus, oils become incredible allies for change.

This is where muscle testing and self-check-ins come in very handy also. Ask your body what it needs right now… not what you think you should need.

💪Want to be more present and grounded? 🌟Present Time or Sacred Mountain (Muscle test which one!)

💪Ready to invite lightness and warmth? 🌟Perhaps Joy or Inner Child

💪 Releasing old patterns or emotional weight? 🌟Release or Geranium

💪 Shifting into appreciation and expansion? 🌟 Gratitude or Sandalwood

The essential oil doesn’t do the work for you.
Its frequency amplifies the choice you’re already making.

So, pause… breathe... ask: What am I focusing on? What do I want more of? 🌿

Modern medicine has become extraordinarily advanced, yet it often fragments what was never meant to be divided.

We treat organs in isolation.
We manage symptoms in silos.
We separate mental health from physical health, as if biology and emotion operate on different systems.

But they don’t.

Your thoughts shape your physiology, your gut influences your mood, your stress rewires your metabolism, your immune system, even your brain.

The body and mind are not separate entities, they are one integrated network, constantly communicating through hormones, neurotransmitters, and inflammatory signals.

When we ignore this connection, we miss the root cause.

Healing begins when we zoom out.

Support the body with real food, regulate the nervous system, address stress, sleep, relationships, and environment.

Did you know? Rest is an active healing phase.

Rest isn’t “doing nothing.” It’s when the body does some of its most important work.

When you rest, the nervous system shifts toward the parasympathetic state, often called the rest and digest state. This is the internal environment that allows the body to prioritise repair instead of survival.

During periods of true rest:
💤Tissues regenerate as cellular repair processes become more active.
😴Emotions are processed, allowing the brain to integrate experiences rather than suppress them.
💤Insights consolidate, as the mind connects information gathered during active periods.

This is why clarity often comes after a pause, not while pushing through.

🌿 Growth doesn’t happen in constant motion. It happens in the space that follows effort.

In wellness traditions, rest is considered a necessary phase of any cycle of change. Without it, our valiant efforts towards progress instead turn into depletion. Resting is not “wasting time,” rather not resting is wasting your investment in activity.

🕯 Favorite Young Living blends that offer gentle support for rest and integration include:

Valor – strengthens emotional grounding.
Peace & Calming – encourages relaxation and balance within the nervous system.
Acceptance – supports letting go of resistance, so that you can rest.
