There was a post recently, concerning direct cremation and the cost of doing so. Stating their price is the lowest around. The price of direct cremation (simple). at McCabe~Roof Funeral Home is $1,675.00 to include all necessary paperwork and fees including 5 death certificates, Coroner’s authorization, transportation, finger printing and web site obituary (Gazette extra).
At McCabe~Roof Funeral Home $1, 675.00 is the cost. We do not have families pick and choose add on services such as containers, transportation, refrigeration, consultation, or family viewing. Check with the other funeral homes for their final cost. Do not get fooled by the we start at $1,095.00. At McCabe~Roof when we say $1,675.00, we mean $1,675.00.
Arrangements can be transferred from other funeral homes at no addition cost, possibly saving you money.
