RAG Consulting is a licensed certified insurance broker specializing in individual & group health insurance for the state of California. We can provide you with a health plan that fits your needs and budget regardless of your age. We can also assist you if your needs include options such as dental & vision or Medicare if you are about to turn 65, are 65 or permanently disabled. As a certified insurance agent with Covered California we make it easier to figure out different health insurance plans and what they cover. A navigator or certified counselor CAN NOT make any recommendations because they are not licensed by the State of California. We can help you compare a number of plans at the same time or find out if you qualify for Medi-Cal. You can make apples-to-apples comparisons between the different plans. The choice is yours. There are health insurance plans for everyone. The federal law guarantees coverage regardless of preexisting conditions and provides premium subsidies based on a person's income, family size and geographical location. You may be eligible for special enrollment
Open enrollment ended on March 31st but if you experience a qualifying life event, such as a marriage, birth of a child, or loss of employer-sponsored health coverage, you may sign up for coverage within 60 days of the event in a special enrollment. Other special enrollment event may include misrepresentation by a navigator or certified counselor whereby you were not explained fully about the process and therefore you did not obtain health coverage.
