It’s been a week…..a long week of grieving for the family and friends of Corey. We miss him so much.

The amount of support…wow. We all appreciate it so so much! We have just shy of 100 raffle baskets for tomorrow…thanks to all of you… ❤️

Please come by Corey’s spaghetti dinner and celebration of life tomorrow from 4-7pm at goose lake hall in Morris!!

Everyone is invited to join Corey’s family and friends this Sunday, March 5th at the Goose Lake Hall in Morris. We have lots of things planned for his celebration of life and raise funds for his medical bills and family.

One day at a time is truly how we are all getting through this difficult time.

Update on Corey:
The oncology team determined the tumor was still actively growing, causing a blood vessel in his brain to hemorrhage. This caused him to slip into a coma as he could no longer breathe on his own. We made the decision to end his suffering and let him rest forever. Our hearts are broken as we share that our sweet Corey passed away peacefully last night.

He was the light in all our eyes and a precious son, grandson, brother, cousin, nephew and friend to many. His memory will continue to beat in our hearts as we mourn his passing.

You are all welcome to join the family to reflect on his short time here on Earth and join us in a celebration of life and benefit for our little Crusader, next Sunday, March 5th from 4-7pm at Goose Lake Hall, 3935 Goose Lake Rd in Morris, Illinois.

Update on Corey.

The family met with oncology team yesterday to discuss his treatment plan. It will be in-patient chemotherapy and radiation. They are hoping to start in 2 weeks but Corey’s congestion needs to clear up. He’s also been vomiting daily so they need to get that under control before they start the aggressive treatment.

Please keep Corey and his family in your thoughts as this has been extremely difficult.
