Shout out to our Rock Island County Sheriff’s Department!! When we found out one of our more mature and very alone patients had fallen victim to a scam artist, as well as falling victim to a vandal who kicked their mirror off of their vehicle, we made a police report. Officer Reagan responded, went out and personally chatted with our patient, and made sure not only that the fraudster will be investigated, and that our patient is safe from them, but arranged our patient to get their car repaired for free. It’s beautiful to see our community come together to aid with someone who has no one! Great job!!
