Due to the weather impacting the area our medical and dental offices will be closed Monday, January 26.

The safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. As of now, we intend to be open for normal business hours on Tuesday, January 27.

Due to a power outage, our offices are closed early today 12/29.

Due to the weather/wind storms being predicted through tomorrow, we do not have a tentative restoration time for our phones/electricity. We have made every effort to reach out to all patients on the schedule for tomorrow. Please call our office ahead of your appointment time tomorrow to check if we are in and able to see you as scheduled. We are sorry for any inconvenience!

The Glendale Medical Center, both Medical and Dental Offices, will be closed on the following days:

Closing at Noon on Christmas Eve.
Closed on Christmas Day and Friday 12/26/25.

Closing at Noon on New Years Eve.
Closed on New Years Day and Friday 1/2/26.

Our office will reopen at 8:00am on Monday 1/5/26.

Please call our office and speak with the on-call provider, seek urgent care or go to the ER if you need assistance while our office is closed.

Our GAMA medical team has been recognized by HRSA with several awards. These awards show our commitment to providing quality care to our community.

We received the bronze recognition for being a “Health Center Quality Leader” for 2025.

We also received “National Quality Leader” recognitions for Heart Health and Cancer Screening.
