This is the way to go to preemptively keep your health in check!!!

When Lucy came down with some kidney issues due to the rattlesnake bite (her muscles were wasting away), we started doing homemade meals for the doggies. They are very spoiled and happy now with every meal, but we also notice perfect poops, good energy and Lucy actually rebuilt her muscle tone 100%!!! This batch was made from 20% fat ground beef, pumpkin purée, frozen mixed veggies, wild rice congee (boiled 2 hours), frozen strawberries, homegrown basil and Herbs de Provence.

AND we are divinity incarnate, individually and collectively cultivating a new paradigm of cosmic evolution.
Vital and profoundly meaningful.
Both are true…
In that ceaselessly spiraling Yin Yang of complexity, contrast, and nuance we can rest with the mystery.
Breathe in, and breathe out.
Full and empty.
Yearning and grateful.
Ephemeral and eternal.
