A formal Managers meeting is scheduled for this coming Thursday January 8, 2026 at 7pm. This
is meeting will be held at the YLOA Library.

Yosemite Little League President will use this information for determining who will be assigned teams in 2026. For Minors and Majors, we need to have all Managers selected before our first evaluation on January 25th. For all other levels, we need managers selected by around February 16.

For our Evaluation Levels (Minors Player Pitch and Majors) Registration will close on January 27, 2025. Player Evaluations will be Sunday January 25th and Wednesday January 28. In order to be eligible to be drafted to a Minors Player Pitch or Majors Team, your player must attend 1 Evaluations. Your evaluation times will be emailed to each registered family by mid January.

Due to weather Fall Ball Practice is cancelled for Wednesday 11-5. Game for Sunday at noon will proceed as planned. Kids should keep practicing at home as where possible!

Also, there is a bat and a black youth catchers glove missing from last Sunday's game. If anyone has extra equipment that came home with them accidently can you please let us know so we can let the families who are missing gear know.

Yosemite Little League Fall Ball

This season we are launching a "Sand Lot" Style Fall Ball Program. Fall Ball will Start Wednesday October 8th, and run through Sunday November 24th.

Fall ball will be twice a week on each Wednesday followed by a game on Sunday. The games will be formatted as an intrasquad or sandlot style feel.

This program is intended for prospective and returning Player Pitch Minors and Majors players. Children will be separated into groups of 8-10 year olds and 10-12 year olds. The childs little league age will be their determining age (Little League Age is the Childs Age on or prior to August 31, 2026).

Fall Ball will include Wednesday Practices and Sunday Games.

Practices will be 1 time per week, on Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the main Little League field in Yosemite Lakes Park.
Games will be starting Sunday at noon for ages 8-10 and 2pm for ages 10-12. Only players who are at the preceding Wednesday practice will be approved for the following Sundays game play. Age 10 players will be assigned to play their game under the 8-10 or 10-12 age group by District Staff observing the Wednesday practices. "Teams" for each Sundays games will be divided as equally as possible each week. Every week players will have an opportunity to play with different friends

All players must be registered to play.. Registration cost will be $40. Each player will receive a Yosemite Little League T-shirt prior to the end of the Fall Ball Season.

The intent of this Fall Ball season will be to further the development of our players and keep children active. We are wanting to foster a fun, playful environment.

IMPORTANT FAQ's

There will be no evaluations, all age eligible players will be given an opportunity to play

There are no formal teams.

Players will participate in 1 practice per week at the field Wednesdays 5:30pm to 730pm

Games will be played Sundays at 12pm and 2pm

There are no formal Team Managers.

Jarrod Bordi will be coordinating practice/games and will ask for available volunteers to assist. If you were a background checked volunteer for the 2025 spring season, no additional paperwork is needed. All new volunteers must sign up as a general volunteer and complete the JDP background Check

The Season will run form October 8th to November 24th

Before the end of the season each player will receive a Yosemite Little League t-shirt.
