Ready to get back to some “Me Time”???? Coarsegold Fitness offers classes EVERY day of the work week! All classes are taught at the Coarsegold Community Center:

8:30am classes (for you mothers after dropping your kids at school, AND anyone else): Zumba on Mondays & Barre/Circuit on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

5:30am classes, for working peeps AND anyone else (nothing gets in the way at this hour!) on Wednesdays and Fridays: REFIT Dance Fitness/Circuit.
