Calling All Vendors!

Are you interested in attending East Fallowfield Township’s Liberty Fest (Happy Semiquincentennial America!) at East Fallowfield Township Park (900 Buck Run Road) on Saturday, June 27th, from 10 AM – 2:30 PM?

Save a spot now! We will have live music, a parade, food vendors, bounce houses, face painting, raffles, and more! Help us celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary, meet your neighbors, and show off your wares!

EAST FALLOWFIELD TOWNSHIP PARK SPRING CLEANUP EVENT

Where: 900 Buck Run Road, East Fallowfield PA 19320

When: Saturday, April 18th, 2026, 9 AM until ?

We will need help clearing tree limbs from trails, trash pickup from recent windstorms, flagpole garden sprucing, and pruning. We will provide work gloves, trash bags, and volunteer service hour forms for those needing verification for school or community organizations.

Bring: water, shovels, trimmers (adults only), and anything else you deem necessary!

Tuesday, April 7, 2026, 6:30 PM EFT Township Building

All community residents are welcome and invited to attend the America 250 Planning Event meeting!

No experience is necessary! If you have a good idea, want to volunteer for the event, or just want to see what is happening, please consider attending.

The America 250 Event will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, in the EFT Township Park.

East Fallowfield Township Parks and Recreation Committee is spearheading a celebration of America’s 250th anniversary on Saturday, June 27th, 2026, at the East Fallowfield Township Park.

We are inviting YOU to play an important part in this community-wide celebration!

We will hold a planning meeting on Tuesday, April 7th, at 6:30 PM at the East Fallowfield Township Building, 2264 Strasburg Road, Coatesville, PA 19320.

No experience is necessary. Whether you have a great idea to share, wish to volunteer the day of the event, or want to see what is going on, please consider attending!

Spring Park Cleanup Event

We need your help! Join us in preparing our Township Park for our America 250 Celebration, concerts, and summer events!

On Saturday, April 18th, from 9 am until 12 noon, the East Fallowfield Township EAC and Parks & Recreation teams will be performing our annual Spring park cleanup event at the Township Park (900 Buck Run Road). We will be removing invasive species around the Pond (Japanese Stiltgrass, Oriental Bittersweet, and Multiflora Rose). If anyone wants to bring loppers or pruners, feel free to do so, but no power tools, please.

Additionally, we will need help clearing tree limbs from trails, picking up trash from recent windstorms, sprucing the flagpole garden, and performing general pruning.
We will provide work gloves, vests, trash bags, and volunteer service hour forms for those needing verification for school or community organizations.

Donate! Volunteer! Make a Difference!
Are you passionate about pets? Consider attending this Family fun event at East Fallowfield Township Park, 900 Buck Run Road, East Fallowfield, PA.
Rescue and Recover is a volunteer-based nonprofit raising resources for area animal rescues. The mission of Rescue and Recover is to provide a higher quality of life for the rescued animals by addressing the unforeseen gaps in material and volunteer resources.
We are currently welcoming vendors, event sponsors, charity raffle item donations, and volunteers!
Vendors - No vendor fees! Animal-related or not, we are looking for a total of 20-30 vendors to join us and sell/promote their crafts, products, or services!
Event Sponsors - Sponsorship amounts benefit each of our participating animal rescues, as well as Rescue and Recover, so that we are able to help with other local Rescues!
Charity Raffle Item Donations - Does not need to be animal-related. All proceeds from our charity raffle are evenly distributed among area rescues!
Volunteers - Our volunteers are the primary force behind the success of our Rescue Rally events. Our "rufferees" are responsible for a variety of tasks, including running our booth/merch sales, pup cup station, charity raffle, assisting with participating rescues, and more.

Save the Date! Calling all Volunteers and Students who need Service Hours!

Meet neighbors and help keep your community clean and beautiful. We are planning an East Fallowfield Township Park cleanup (900 Buck Run Road, East Fallowfield) on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 9 AM. Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful is providing cleanup supplies through their PICK UP PENNSYLVANIA program, the state’s largest community improvement initiative.

We will need help clearing tree limbs from trails, trash pickup from recent windstorms, flagpole garden sprucing, and pruning. We will provide work gloves, trash bags, and volunteer service hour forms for those needing verification for school or community organizations.

Please bring water, shovels, trimmers (adults only), and anything else you deem necessary!
