East Fallowfield Township Parks and Recreation Park Users: Please review and follow the Park Rules. Please respect other users at all times.

The Park Rules have been carefully established to help ensure the enjoyment of the Park by ALL users, to protect the health, safety and welfare of Park users, and to protect the natural resources and facilities of the Park. The Park Rules for use of the Township’s Park and recreation facilities are established by Township Ordinance and enforceable by law. Please be mindful of Park Rules, including the rule to do no harm to wildlife or plants, and the rule to keep dogs on leash and under control of the owner at all times.

Our Parks and Recreation team needs you! We currently have openings for both Board members and for team members. We meet on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at the Township Building (pending agenda items). Our next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 20th, at 6:30 PM, where we will start developing our 2026 calendar of programming and events. Need something for you or your kids to read? There is a wide selection of adult, teen, and children’s books to choose from at the two Little Free Libraries located in the parking lot area of our Township Park at 900 Doe Run Road.

Want something new for the kids to watch over holiday break? Many thanks to East Fallowfield resident, Kelly Ann, who generously donated a diverse collection of children and family DVDs. They are available to borrow now!

Our Little Free Libraries were built by two area Eagle Scouts, Joey Heffern and Hannah Lamb, in 2022 and 2023, respectively. Since then, I am pleased to see hundreds of books go in and out of the Libraries. Remember, your old favorite books may become someone else’s favorites! What better way to build community spirit, inspire readers, and make books accessible to all!

If you have books to donate or if the Libraries are filled, please contact me at tad411@comcast.net or PM Teri Anne, and I will be happy to pick them up and hold them until space becomes available. I try to restock and straighten every few weeks.

What a wonderful event tonight at the Park. Thank you to all of our trunkers who participated! We couldn’t have done it without you. Thanks to the Parks and Rec committee for all of their hard work and a huge thank you, as always to our Modena and Westwood fire and EMS teams, our wonderful police, township staff, and our incredible road crew. Shout out to Nacho Depot-food was excellent as always. Congratulations to Donna McKim and her ladybug trunk for winning the best trunk. Donna received a $25 gift card to The Hungry Pilot. Thank you Hungry Pilot for the donation. Here are some more pictures!

East Fallowfield Parks and Rec Fall Cleanup Day

Saturday, November 8, 2025, 9 AM to ?
Where: East Fallowfield Township Park, 900 Buck Run Road, East Fallowfield, PA 19320

Help out with: Removal of dead tree limbs and debris from the trails and park borders, trail sprucing, pond cleanup, foliage cleanup, tree/bush pruning, and weeding. We have jobs for all ages and abilities. What a great way to meet your neighbors! Does your teen or Scout need volunteer hours? Make sure to let us know when checking in at the Pavilion.

Please bring water, garden shovels, pruners, rakes, leaf blowers, wheelbarrows, etc. Trash bags, safety vests, and work gloves will be provided.
