All the help you need under one roof. Healthy Living outreach and education is offered. HIV/AIDS case management, prevention education, and referrals.

The Coatesville Center for Community Health is home to five health and social service agencies dedicated to the health and well being of families and individuals. Chester County WIC Program

Food vouchers, nutrition education, health screenings, and breastfeeding education and support for eligible pregnant, post partum, or breastfeeding women, infants, and children to the age of 5. Clinic Hours by appointment:

Monday and Wednesday: 10:00am to 6:00pm
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm

Domestic Violence Center

Rapid response and 24-hour hotline for victims of domestic violence. Support groups, legal advocacy, emergency shelter services, and much more. Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm

Family Service of Chester County

Income-based counseling for families, couples and individuals. Visit us at the Coatesville Center for Community Health for counseling (by appointment) or HIV/AIDS services (Monday-Friday, walk-ins welcome). To schedule an appointment, please call Family Service at 610-696-4900

For pregnant and parenting women: home visiting, health insurance and food stamp enrollment, health education, prenatal and parenting classes, support groups, and connections to community resources. Rent assistance, financial counseling, transportation assistance, workshops, and numerous support services to help low income, near homeless, and other vulnerable men and women to secure stable housing, develop financial viability, and prepare for a lifetime of independence. The Coatesville Center for Community Health will host Legal Aid of Southeastern PA for VIRTUAL Clean Slate and Expungement Workshops.

A LASP attorney will present on the following Thursdays from 4-5 p.m.:

Learn if you are eligible to have your criminal record sealed or expunged based on current Pennsylvania law. LASP attorneys will help screen your PA record for FREE and complete necessary forms.

Record-clearing helps people improve opportunities for jobs, education, and housing.

If possible, participants should bring a copy of their Pennsylvania criminal record. A completed intake form is also recommended.

What an amazing week! A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Women’s Wellness Week. We had a fantastic time sharing valuable information, connecting with our community, and exploring all aspects of wellness—while having plenty of fun along the way.

We kicked things off with an exciting opening event, joined by several incredible local organizations. Attendees enjoyed a wide range of activities, from face painting and blood pressure checks to resource sharing and fun giveaways.

Throughout the week, we hosted a variety of engaging workshops on topics like benefits, financial literacy, yoga, and our always-popular Tot Chef program.

We wouldn’t have been able to accomplish this week without the support of the following organizations: Maternal and Child Health Consortium of Chester County, KeyBank Center, Coatesville YMCA, Women, Infants, and Children. A finale thank you to The Alliance for Health Equity for the use of the AHE Brandywine Center that gave us plenty of space to meet, exercise, cook, and watch Secret Life of Pets!

Thank you for making this week such a success—we loved every moment and hope you did too!
