INTEGRITY HEALTHCARE OF COBDEN has a Smile program in place, when a staff member is Caught in the Act of smiling and performing this kind deed to our Residents, visitors, and other staff then we.encourage everyone to nominate them by completing a nomination form and submitting to the Administrator. At the end of each month all nominees are placed into a drawing.

Jonathan Harp was our winner for March. He always have a big Smile on his face when interacting with our residents.
