Please note that due to the increasing interest in classes but subsequent no-shows (which means we had to turn people away) we will now require prepayment for classes.

However, we would like to be fair and as flexible as possible so the following will apply:

We understand that appointments have to be cancelled for many reasons including but not limited to germs, weather, or something simply coming up. If you have booked a class with us, please let us know if you cannot make it. We may have someone hopeful to get a hammock!

If you need to cancel an appointment, please message us via facebook or text Bonnie directly. Classes cancelled outside of 24 hours can be refunded. Classes cancelled between 24-12 hours before class can be made up within 30 days. Any classes cancelled within 12 hours of the start time may be made up with the permission of management, but is not guaranteed.

8 a.m. to 9:15 Ashtanga
9:30 a.m. to 10:15 kids aerial yoga ages 6 -12 years old.

Cherry Valley (Must pre-register for these classes)

Saturday
2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Restorative / Yin with meditation

Sunday
9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Ashtanga
5:30 to 7:30 pm. Partner Thai massage

And don't forget Family Aerial Yoga and Circus Arts on Sunday in Cobleskill at Noon!
