Today we celebrated our May birthdays at At Home Senior Living! 🎉🎂

A special thank you to Jennifer Rogers with Gentiva Hospice for providing the delicious cupcakes and ice cream for our celebration. 🍦🧁 Our residents enjoyed every bite and had a wonderful time celebrating together with lots of smiles, laughter, and fellowship.

We are so grateful for the kindness and support of our community partners who help make days like this extra special. Happy Birthday to all of our May birthday residents! 🎈🎁🎊

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We are especially grateful for the veterans who call At Home Senior Living home and for the stories, service, and sacrifices they carry with them each day.

Recently, we were honored to welcome Dee Adams and the VFW for their Day of Service for veterans and widows of veterans. Residents shared memories of their time in service and proudly spoke about the ranks they held. It was a meaningful time of reflection, connection, and gratitude. We also enjoyed a special visit from a service dog who brought so much joy and comfort to everyone.

Today, we remember those who never made it home and honor the families and fellow servicemen and women who continue to carry their memory forward. We are forever grateful for their sacrifice. 🇺🇸

Well, today is National Pick a Strawberry Day, and what a perfect day it was to visit our local Green Acres Farm! 🍓 Our residents enjoyed delicious strawberry ice cream, refreshing slushies, wonderful fellowship, and a beautiful morning together. Smiles were shared all around, and a great time was had by all! ❤️

Just a normal day here at At Home Senior Living… hair appointments, hamburger steak for lunch, and plenty of smiles in between. It truly doesn’t get much better than this! Life at At Home is all about the little things that make each day special.

Today, we were so honored to welcome the Bleckley County Elementary School Chorus to At Home Senior Living! 🎶💜💛

The students did an absolutely amazing job singing for our residents and brought so many smiles to everyone’s faces. One of the sweetest parts of the day was watching some of the students get to hug and spend time with their own family members who live here. Those special moments truly meant so much to all of us.

Thank you to the students, teachers, and staff for sharing your time and talents with our residents today. It was such a special visit that we will cherish for a long time! ❤️

🎓 Our residents were up bright and early this morning to congratulate and cheer on our 2026 Bleckley County graduates! We loved celebrating this special milestone and seeing the excitement of such a big day.

To all of the graduates — we are so proud of you and all of your hard work and accomplishments. Your future is bright, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things you will do! Congratulations, Class of 2026! 💜💛🎉

Yesterday, some of our residents enjoyed a wonderful afternoon trip to our local ice cream shop, Lickity Split Sweet Stop! 🍦 What an awesome experience for everyone. The atmosphere was terrific, the delicious smell of fresh treats filled the air, and the customer service was absolutely top-notch. Most importantly, our residents enjoyed sweet treats, lots of smiles, and precious time spent together making memories. Thank you to Lickity Split for helping make our day so special!

Today, At Home Senior Living Center and the Cochran community came together to celebrate a very special lady as we honored Carolyn Kitchens on her very own Carolyn Kitchens Day!

So many people gathered to celebrate her and show appreciation for all the love, kindness, and service she has poured into our community over the years. Carolyn truly has a servant’s heart, and her dedication has touched countless lives.

We are so thankful to have been a part of such a wonderful day honoring someone who means so much to so many. Congratulations, Carolyn Kitchens, on this well-deserved honor! ❤️
