Congratulations to Team Member of the Month, Broadmead Technology Coordinator, Red Howard!

They carefully formulate and provide feedback that is practical and can be independently utilized. If they notice something amiss in a residents’ home, unrelated to the purpose of the visit, they consider that their responsibility, too. As an example, Red removed a small hornet’s nest that was hanging, undisturbed, from the gutter of one resident’s outside shed!"
