⭐ What You’ll Do: As a Café Server, you help create an enjoyable dining experience by:

✅ Providing friendly, timely service that makes every guest feel valued
✅ Preparing & presenting food with care and attention to detail
✅ Maintaining a clean, safe, & inviting Café environment
✅ Following all food safety, sanitation, & health regulations
✅ Accurately handling cash, receipts, & your shift’s cash drawer
✅ Operating the grill/flat top and assisting as Café Cook when needed
✅ Managing food temps, equipment cleaning, & daily Café setup
✅ Supporting team activities & stepping in where help is needed
✅ Upholding Broadmead’s Code of Conduct & promoting positive customer service

Broadmead is honored to announce that our community has achieved Platinum level recertification for LGBTQ+ Cultural Competency Training through SAGECare, an organization dedicated to providing competency training and consulting on LGBTQ+ aging-related issues to service providers.

In order to maintain Platinum level certification, 80% of employees must receive at least 1 hour of LGBTQ+ Aging Training, and 80% of Executives/Administrators must receive at least 4 hours. A SAGECare credential is given annually to agencies that maintain these requirements.
