GBMC ORTHO SUCCESS STORY. After undergoing a right total hip arthroplasty performed by Dr. Johnston, Mr. Frank U. was admitted to MMH's Sub-Acute Rehab

He progressed wonderfully in rehab during his one week stay. He was independent with all his Activities for Daily Living, ambulated with a rolling walker and successfully negotiated stairs to return home safely.

He stated that he is very grateful to Dr. Johnston for his successful surgery. He appreciated the private room at Maryland Masonic Homes and really enjoyed all the outside patios and community spaces on campus. The staff always greeted him with smiles and had a sincere interest in his wellbeing. The food was excellent, like home cooking.

MMH is open to all for all levels of care. Masonic Affiliation is not required

Special thanks to GBMC and the Admissions team @ MMH for making this happen. Richard loved the food, the staff and all the attention he received
