🚨Form Tip #2,982,91🚨

Do you struggle with isolating your anterior delts through the sagittal plane due to your HIPS wanting to join in on the fun to aid in shoulder flexion❓🤔

Well, if this is you...

1️⃣ find a wall or another grounded apparatus that is perpendicular to the ground,
2️⃣stand against it (heels, glutes, and upper back touching),
3️⃣perform the movement again as you would normally, and
4️⃣ then take note of when the glutes come off the wall.

Correct this faulty movement pattern by working the range of motion your body allows without compensating👍

As your body adapts to the feedback from your glutes against the wall (and hopefully staying against the wall), it will eventually become easier and easier to lift higher and higher WITHOUT the hips wanting to help👌
