AI can do a lot...summarize emails, help plan vacations, even answer tough questions at 2AM. But here’s what it can’t do: replace the power of human connection.

🧠 AI is not trauma-informed
🧠 It can’t read your body language
🧠 It won’t notice when you’re dissociating
🧠 It can’t build a therapeutic relationship
🧠 It doesn’t know your life context
🧠 It can reinforce bias without even trying
🧠 It may sound confident when it’s completely wrong
🧠 It doesn’t care about you, because it can’t

Digital tools can support mental health, but they are not — and never will be — a substitute for therapy.
