Happy New Years from the Vans East crew! We hope your year is full of adventures and lots of travel. The team is on holiday in Puerto Rico recharging our batteries with some solar energy. We can’t wait to tackle more van builds this upcoming year. Be on the look out for two mega build coming after our client Ford Transit build is complete!

Happy holidays for the Vans East team!

We’ve received our clients van this weekend and are gearing up for the build out starting Monday! We’re ordering all the electrical parts this weekend so we can start getting into the fun stuff next week! We’ll be sharing our design process over on our stories so keep an eye out for all the van build content about to come your way!

Meet the owners/builders of Vans East, Logan and Sara.

Logan, is a jack of all trades, a finish carpenter, drafting king, and an expert coffee maker.

Sara, is the Jill of all trades, she’s the social media person, website designer, builder, and logistics and travel planning wiz.

We’re both passionate about helping others get on the road to explore all of the earth’s natural wonders and live their dreams!

Van life is all about that outdoor indoor living. We build vans so people can enjoy the outdoors with ease and reconnect to what’s important, all while doing it in comfort and with great views.

This is apart of the kitchen renovation for Stella the van. We realized testing the van that the space under the sink was not well utilized. We have put a lot of thought into these two slide out pantry designs to make sure our future customers can utilize the most out of this space. There’s a lot going into these two pantry slide outs! We have large,medium, and small pantry storage, trash can storage, cleaning supplies, induction cooktop storage, and our favorite, a spice rack!

The first picture is our final design with take offs and the two last photos are of the original design with no take offs for dado or rabbet joints.

Here’s Stella, our custom 2019 Ram Promaster 159 wheelbase. She has a hidden shower, toilet, closet, fixed bed, and the perfect cooking area and eating nook to enjoy a view at.

She’s a one of a kind with rattan upper cabinets, custom white oak countertops, under-mount sink, moonroof, with custom tile work at the entrance that doubles as the shower. Stella has 200ah of lithium ion batteries, 400watts of solar, and a 2000 watt inverter.

This beauty will be for sale soon, so be out on the lookout for our Stella!
