Strong wrists create a stronger foundation for yoga, workouts, and daily movement.

Try these simple wrist-strengthening drills regularly to improve grip strength, wrist mobility, joint stability, and reduce strain during poses like Plank, Downward Dog, and Handstands.

Daily Wrist Routine:

• Squeeze & Open – activates forearm muscles
• Pinch Exercise – improves finger and grip control
• Finger Taps – enhances coordination & mobility
• Palms Down/Up Tilts – strengthens wrists and increases flexibility

Consistency is the key a few minutes daily can make your wrists stronger and more resilient.

As a side note: these exercises are also beneficial if you have arthritis, carpal tunnel, or weakness.
