Last night I taught my first private boxing personal training session and my heart is full ๐ŸฅŠโœจ

We worked on punch technique, added kicks, and finished strong on the heavy bag. ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ

Watching her light up as she hit the bagโ€”releasing stress, building confidence, and leaving energizedโ€”was everything.

Thereโ€™s something powerful about women learning to box, getting stronger, and realizing just how much power they carry. I love being part of that journey. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ”ฅ
