✨ PEACE OUT 2024 ✨
This past year was incredible, but I’m ready to dive into 2025 with big energy and exciting plans! 💥

Here’s what’s up:
💆‍♀️ Intra-Oral Buccal Massage – A next-level corrective care technique where I work inside and outside the mouth to release tension, relieve TMJ discomfort, and naturally lift and sculpt the face.
🏡 Pain Relief Workshops – Empowering my amazing clients with tools to ease pain and tension from the comfort of their own homes.
🤝 Collaboration & Community – Working with and celebrating other incredible small businesses because we’re stronger together!
✨ Facial Services Update – Shifting focus to deep tissue facial massage techniques for lifting, sculpting, and therapeutic results.

I can’t wait to continue crafting customized care, mashing muscles, and destroying knots while connecting with all of you. Cheers to growth, health, and more breakthroughs in 2025! 🥂

Meet Sarah, the heart behind Studio 520! 🫶

With so many new followers, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself—it’s been over FIVE years since I opened Studio 520, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to assist so many of you on your wellness journeys. Whether it’s relieving pain, rejuvenating your skin, or working through stubborn knots (trust me, I’ve destroyed plenty!)💪👊 my passion for helping clients heal has only grown.

I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 10 years, specializing in deep tissue massage and myofascial cupping with a focus on pain relief and healing. As an Esthetician with 12 years of experience, I also offer advanced skincare treatments like chemical peels and dermaplaning as a DermaplanePro and PCASkin professional.

My approach is still results-driven, client-centered, intuitive, body-positive, and trauma-sensitive, just as it was when I started.

Currently, I’m booked solid 8 weeks out, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of the trust you’ve placed in me. I’m excited to continue learning, growing, and bringing even more to Studio 520, so I can keep offering you the best possible care. When I’m not in the studio, I’m a mom of two and an avid road cyclist, always balancing family, wellness, and my passion for helping others.
