PlayAction Braid products is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team at entry level to assist our production staff with daily tasks and help our team create some of the finest fishing tackle in the world.

Primary Tasks:
1.) Assembly and Packaging of our product lines.
2.) Sanding and prepping lures for paint.
3.) Gluing some of our belts together.
Additional Tasks that we can train you on:
1.) Welding hooks onto lures.
2.) Sewing web strap and buckles onto our Fighting Belts.
3.) Running a CNC machine.

Starting rate is $10-15/hour, depending on any experience, with a 30-day evaluation period and then an opportunity to receive a $1/hour raise after a 90-day review; depending on ability to comprehend and complete our process and techniques. With our company rapidly growing, we are considering adding a benefits program soon (medical insurance, 401K, etc.).

The workplace mostly takes place in an Air-Conditioned room where all the assembly and packaging happens. The warehouse part of our shop is where all the gluing, sanding, prepping, and stocking of products takes place.

PlayAction Braid Products is hiring… We’re looking for a motivated and ready to learn employee.

Basic Requirements
• Possess a valid Florida Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Employer does initial and subsequent drug tests during employment.
• Working in a team and interact within a group is necessary.

Physical Demands
• This position requires full mobility including the ability to walk, sit, stand, stoop, climb, push, pull, bend, and squat for varying lengths of time.
• Must regularly lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more with the assistance of others.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Description
Assembling and packaging our products. Be working with different types of small machines like compressor tools, drill presses, grommet machine, and sanders.

Duties/ Responsibilities
• Operate with some hand tools and small machinery to build our products.
• Assemble and package our products.
• Keeping the workplace clean and organize.
• Working with a team to get the job done efficiently and fast.

Additional
• Employer has attendance standards.
• Complete all mandatory training.
• Maintain the work area.
• Follow all safety practices as outlined in Company policy and procedures.
• Access to transportation is required for work.

Work Environment
Assembly work and final packaging done in a clean air-conditioned room. The warehouse is used to store inventory and build some of our products.
