✨Meet Alicia!✨ She is another one of our new therapists joining our team! She is a licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field of bodywork and physical rehabilitation. She completed her degree in
massage therapy sport injuries at the University of Medical School in Havana in 2008. From there went to Costa Rica and Italy, finished her practice, and obtained certifications such as
Shiatsu-Do and lymphatic given her a comprehensive body, mechanical, and functional movement and corrective body mechanics to prevent chronic pain. By combining her expertise in anatomical structures with a modern understanding of technological systems, she offers a unique, “systems-oriented” approach to recovery, injury prevention, and neurological health. She gained certification in facial and craniosacral massage, with a focus on the nervous system (NS) and complex musculoskeletal recovery. She obtained certifications and modalities, including Shiatsu-Do, Lymphatic massage, sports massage, Thai massage, and massage therapy for Spinal Curvatures in the United States in 2025, focusing on advanced
science, anatomy, and physiology, related diseases, modalities, and medical massage integration.💆‍♀️
She is currently working on her Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, planning to obtain her doctorate in Physical Therapy.

✨Introducing one of our new massage therapists, Jessica! 💆‍♀️

Jessica is a highly experienced massage therapist with over 16 years of hands-on practice helping clients reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve overall well-being. She is a graduate of the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida, where she built a strong foundation in therapeutic and clinical massage techniques.

Jessica is certified in a wide range of modalities, including prenatal, trigger point therapy, sports massage, deep tissue massage, and isotonic stretching. Her work is both intuitive and results-driven, allowing her to tailor each session to the unique needs of her clients—whether they are recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, or striving to improve performance and flexibility.🏃‍♂️

Her goal as a therapist is to help patients regain strength and mobility so they can return to the active, fulfilling lifestyles they once enjoyed. Jessica is passionate about creating a supportive, healing environment and believes that effective massage therapy plays a vital role in long-term health and recovery. 💪🏻

She will be working throughout the week, just give us a call to get 60 minutes of bliss set up with her!
