I have so much compassion for the women who reach out for help…

and are too tired to actually take it.

Not because they don’t want to feel better—
but because they don’t even know where to start.

When you’ve been pushing for so long,
even receiving support can feel overwhelming.

But staying where you are?

That’s costing you more than you think.

If you’re feeling this, I see you.

I’m looking to support one woman in her 30s
who is ready to gently process grief
and begin to feel like herself again.

Not rushed. Not forced.

Just steady, supported movement forward.

Grief can be quiet…

You’re still functioning, still showing up—
but something feels stuck, heavy, or hard to move through.

If you’ve been feeling that,
and you’re ready to take small, meaningful steps back toward your life…

This might be the kind of support that helps.

It’s simple, consistent work—about 15 minutes a day—
with guidance and space to actually process what’s been sitting underneath.

If this feels like it might be for you (even if you’re not totally sure),
send me a DM and we can talk.

Or feel free to comment “curious” and I’ll reach out to you.

Loss, divorce, death, big changes, moves...

Yesterday, I had a really powerful conversation… and incredibly important. I am so passionate about the subject and I wanted to share this simple tool with you.

It’s called Five Wishes.

It’s a guided workbook that helps you think through — and clearly communicate — what matters to you if you were ever unable to speak for yourself.

Not just medical decisions…

but comfort, support, and what you would want the people around you to know.

What I appreciated most is that it’s not just clinical.

It helps you reflect on:
• who you trust to make decisions for you
• what kind of care you would want (or not want)
• how you want to be treated, supported, and comforted
• what matters most to you at the end of life

It’s also a legal document in most states once completed properly, which means it can actually guide care in real situations.

Most people don’t have these conversations.

Not because they don’t care… but because they don’t know where to start.

This is a really gentle, thoughtful place to begin. You can get a copy at fivewishes.org

Especially with National Healthcare Decisions Day coming up on April 16th, it feels like a meaningful time to explore it.

If this is something you’ve been putting off (or never even thought about), I’d encourage you to take a look.

Not from a place of fear —

but from a place of clarity and care for yourself and the people who love you.

And I’m curious…

Have you ever had conversations like this with your family?

Magnesium is one of those things I didn’t realize I needed until I started using it consistently.
For me it looks like:
✨ better sleep
✨ faster recovery
✨ steadier energy
Sometimes the simplest supports make the biggest difference.
Here is a breaking down of the different types of magnesium and what they’re used for, because I realized most people have heard of it… but don’t actually know which one does what.
If you’re curious, take a look and see which one might support you.
And I’d love to know —
Do you use magnesium? What have you noticed?

You’ve probably heard that I am thinking about starting two new support groups and I’d love your input.

For years, I was a caregiver and much of that journey was unsupported, not because I didn’t try, but because the kind of support I truly needed simply didn’t exist.

I searched for mentors who had actually lived what I was living.

People who understood the emotional weight, the logistical strain, the grief, the love, the responsibility and the invisible toll.

But most of the guidance I found came from people who hadn’t been there.
Now, I’m in a different position.

I have lived experience, professional training, and a deep desire to offer the kind of grounded, compassionate, real-world support I once needed.

I’m exploring two new small groups:

🌿 A Support Circle for Caregivers
🎗️ A Support Circle for Women (30–50) Navigating Cancer Treatment

These groups would offer:

• emotional support
• nervous system regulation tools
• space to be honest without needing to “stay strong”
• practical wisdom from someone who’s walked a similar road
• and community that feels real, not performative

If this is something you’d be interested in, or if you’re craving this kind of support, I’d love to talk.

I’m offering free 30-minute consult calls to:

• gauge interest
• shape the groups intentionally
• and make sure they truly serve the people who need them most

Message me, and I’ll send you the link.

You don’t have to carry this alone — and you shouldn’t have to.

I’m exploring a support group for women (30–50) going through cancer treatment and I want to build it with care.
Cancer can feel isolating — especially when you’re in the middle of life, relationships, career, caregiving, and identity shifts.
I want to create a space that offers:
• emotional safety
• nervous system and stress support
• body-based healing tools
• honest conversation
• and community with women who get it
This wouldn’t be about forced positivity or “staying strong.”
It would be about being real, being supported, and not doing this alone.
If you’re interested — or supporting someone who might be — I’m offering a free 30-minute consult call to explore what would feel most helpful.
Comment or message me, and I’ll send details.
You deserve care, gentleness, and community — not pressure.

Most women I work with don’t need more discipline, better planners, or bigger goals.
They need alignment.
They’re already capable, caring, and committed — but they’ve been spending their time and energy in ways that no longer reflect who they are or what they value.
Starting Tuesday, February 17th
A reset.
A chance to step out of reaction mode and into intentional choice.
This workshop is for women who want:
• clarity without pressure
• vision without overwhelm
• structure without rigidity
• community without comparison
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just need space to listen — to yourself.
If you’ve been craving that kind of space, The Alignment Series was designed for you. 8 consecutive Tuesdays of powerful practice to bring you closer to your ideal life.

Let’s be honest: dreaming your best life into existence takes intention and focus
Even knowing what you truly want takes intention and focus.

And without the right support, even the best intentions fade by February.

Starting Tonight, we’re opening a space to slow down, think, imagine, and tell the truth about what we want more of and less of in 2026.

This isn’t about starting from scratch.

It’s about using your existing wisdom and power, naming what you need next, and surrounding yourself with people who lift your standards simply by being in the room.

If you’re done hoping things will change and ready to create real momentum by building an environment that makes your dreams inevitable …

Join the Bhavana Workshop.

Your best life doesn’t require hustle — it requires alignment, clarity, and community.

Setting goals, dreaming about your best life, and making a plan isn’t always easy.
Most resolutions fail within a few months — not because people are lazy or unmotivated, but because:
1️⃣ They didn’t actually want the outcome as much as they hoped they would.
2️⃣ They didn’t have the resources, support, or environment to make the new reality possible.
Starting Tuesday, we’re carving out intentional time and space to think about what you truly want for 2026.
This doesn’t mean starting over.
It means:
• using the skills and strengths you already have
• identifying the support or resources you want to build
• surrounding yourself with people who are already living the way you want to live
If “hoping” or “setting goals” hasn’t been enough for you…
If you’re ready to upgrade your environment so your best life becomes inevitable…
Join us for Bhavana.
Dream. Get clear. Then make it real.
January 13, 15 and 17th * Can’t make the LIVE session? all sessions recorded
