Dear Friends and family,
I have been working with individual clients as a in-home mobile yoga therapy service and am now available to schedule private sessions at Sundari Yoga in Cocoa Beach on Sunday afternoons.

I have also been working part time with at risk children in our community and it has really opened my eyes to how much children are impacted by the mental health of the adults around them. It really does roll all down hill to them.

Therfore, it is so, so important to talk about, promote and support prevention and healing for trauma, cultural stress, depression and anxiety, grief, addiction, and mental health disease in general for adults.

And….there is a HUGE gap between those who need it the most and those who have the ability and resources to seek it out.

If you are in the healthcare field, social worker, therapist or just know of someone in crisis or struggling who could benefit or receive relief from trauma informed, somatic based yoga therapy, please let them know about this option. Give them my contact info so I can discuss ways to make yoga therapy accessible and at a sliding scale if needed.

Trauma informed yoga therapy is a potent healing modality that supports mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.
Yoga therapy is much more than a hobby, workout, past-time, or entertainment.
The process regulates nervous systems, and rewrites internal negative belief systems at a cellular, physical level. Its a bottom up mental health approach. Really good stuff.

My goal is to offer yoga therapy services to all who may benefit in the community. I’m also offering group sessions at the library during the month of September and will continue to update any new offerings.
