Resentment that is long held can eat away at the body and become the disease we call cancer.
~ Louise Hay
Did you know that our body have trauma/wound memory? Have you ever noticed that around the same time each year something similar reoccurs? This quote reminded me of what I've been learning. For the past few days I haven’t been feeling well, then I start thinking, digging and realizing that I was very ill around this time in 2019, also go back to 2011. Luckily, this year was minor comparing to what I was experiencing back then.
Our actions, our emotions bring in dis-ease, starting at the energetic level. To truly heal we must heal ourselves self at all levels. Heal all parts of being.
Heal emotionally by learning the valuable lessons, understanding, accepting what is and what not, and letting go of what is not in our highest. The willingness to look deep within ourselves and know that sometimes we’re the problem and play a role, big or small in all the outcomes. Once we’re able to do so, then come the practice of forgiveness, welcome new loving thoughts and actions towards all. Practice the art of releasing unhealthy thoughts and action towards others and self. Learn forgiving especially towards self, letting go of the expectation of being perfect, releasing negative self talk and trusting our instincts of being safe, cutting energetic cords because our emotional health and healing depend on it.
Heal physically, remember your body is not a coffin for pain to be buried in. Sometimes our body get confused, gently remind it by giving your body what it needs. Trusting in the things that are pure and natural, trust what have been given to us by nature, by the Creator and let it heal the body. Support your body, nourish it, move like you love yourself. Heal our body with the Sun, Air, Water, Earth and Spirit.
Heal energetically by connecting to the Divine. Getting to know “Who Am I?” Getting to know yourself in a deeper level, because we’re one with the Creator, and we’re one with the Divine Love. Do not be afraid to face your shadows, your dark side, your weakness, what life experiences that lead you here? To truly know we must embrace all of it and find the lessons, the silver lining, the growth, and live in the sweetest of life. Raise your awareness, your vibrations by surrounding yourself with positive energy.
Many of these teachings are things that I’ve already practiced on a daily basic but what I learned in the past years are reminders and ways to amplify it. We all can use a reminder every now and again to get back on track. Each day promise to heal deeper, one step at a time. One action, one day at a time. Not to reach for perfect, but simply taking steps each and every day towards the best version of “ME”. This is not a sprint but a life commitment. 🥰☺️
