MM42570/MA99108 Pelai is known for her love of all things, health-related. What started out as a journey to better health, during difficult times, has turned into a passionate search for healing modalities. Those that could be used to help herself and others, to heal themselves. She has personally experienced how emotional states like fear, anger, pain, and stress can wreak havoc on the body, even

more than poor diet and lifestyle choices could. From a young age, Pelai learned to turn to nature for healing. Going through battles with cancer, post-pregnancy pain, food allergies, autoimmune disorder, and divorce, she turned to nature and healers for solutions. 15 years ago, she began an in-depth study of aromatherapy. Over the last few years, she began focusing on energetic and ancient healing methods – becoming a certified Master Reiki teacher, MunayKi rites giver, and a Mesa carrier a shamanic healing from the Q’ero (Inca) Peruvian shamanic lineage of the Andes, as well as a licensed Massage Therapist (MA99108). Along the way, she also obtained a master's degree in management, nearly 20 years in management and mentorship, and for 10 years taught children’s fitness, art, meditation, health, and nutrition. All of this has resulted in her being able to offer truly unique and healing treatments and classes for all ages. A typical healing treatment by Pelai can include chakra alignment and cleansing, custom aromatherapy, sound therapy, protection rites, and energy healing. Each treatment is customized based on your preferences and needs. She creates a safe space to unlearn patterns of anxiety and stress, allowing you to easily find peace. Energy healing has led her to this truth: Any real and true changes in physical health would require a change in habit and mindset as well. The choice of what direction to develop is in your hands. For those who may not know me beyond Pelai Patch, gardening, chickens, and real estate; healing work has also been a deeply meaningful part of my journey.

Isn’t this body truly our home? Because everything begins and ends with “self.”
How we care for ourselves, speak to ourselves, nourish ourselves, and reconnect with ourselves ripples into every part of life.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist (MA99108), Reiki Master Teacher, and Mesa Carrier/Medicine Woman, I weave together touch, energy work, herbs/essential oils, mindfulness, and earth-based ancestral wisdom to help support balance, connection, and healing of body, mind, and spirit. 🌿

My path has been shaped by many traditions rooted in respect for nature, spirit, remembrance, and living mindfully.

My mentor, spirit mom, soul sister, and a guiding light in my life.

Shamamma Bean is a shamanic practitioner, spiritual mentor, and ordained reverend specializing in inner child healing, tarot, sound work, and soul-centered transformation.
As the founder of Bespoke Soul Tarot & Spiritual Mentorship and a full Mesa carrier in the Q’ero tradition, she guides individuals through life transitions with grounded, compassionate support. Shamamma is also a member of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Mystics, where she collaborates in creating immersive experiences through sound, ritual, and community-centered healing.

This Valentine I experienced something that reminded me what true presence feels like.

Floating with manatees…
At our first stop, No phone. No pictures. To fully present in the moment without trying to capture it. Just breath, water, and stillness. And honestly? I became one with the manatee.

One gently brushed beneath me.
Another passed softly from behind.
And a young one came face to face, no contact yet deeply connected.

We simply existed in the same space… in silence…For what felt like forever, probably about 5 minutes.

In that moment, time slowed.
My nervous system softened.
My mind became quiet.

While I floated in stillness, I offered my usual prayer, the same one I share wherever I go:

May you be loved.
May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
May you be safe.
May you live peacefully.

Thank you for sharing this space with me.

Grateful for the opportunity
to share the same space,
to be under the same sky,
breathing the same air
or in this case,
sharing the same water.

We don’t always need to touch
to truly connect.

Love is respecting.
Love is appreciating.

Sometimes healing isn’t doing more…
It’s floating, slowing down, and allowing yourself to simply be.
Peaceful. Calm. Present.
This was what my soul needed.

Let this be a reminder
letting go is not always the absence of love.
Sometimes it is love.

Sometimes it is choosing peace.
Sometimes it is choosing yourself.

Love comes in many forms.
May you find your kind of love
in friendships, in purpose, in family,
in healing…
and most importantly, within yourself.

This Valentine’s season,
don’t wait to be chosen.

Choose yourself.

Not every ending happens from lack of love.
Some endings happen because love
refuses to live where there is no peace, when pain its too much.

Embrace this season.
Grow in it.

This season,
