🍞 Cinnamon Raisin Bread – Dutch Oven Style 🍇✨
Warm, cozy, and full of sweet cinnamon flavor—this no-knead Dutch oven bread is a must-try! Perfect for breakfast or a midday treat.
Ingredients:
1½ cups warm water (100–110°F)
1 packet (2¼ tsp) active dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar (or more if you like it sweeter)
¾ cup raisins
1 tbsp cinnamon
½ tbsp salt
3½ cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
Mix 1 cup of warm water with yeast and sugar. Let it sit for 10 min until foamy.
Soak raisins in the remaining ½ cup warm water for 10 min.
Add raisin mixture, cinnamon, salt, and flour to yeast mixture. Mix until combined.
Cover and let rise in a warm spot for 2 hours (or refrigerate up to 7 days for more
flavor).
Shape dough on floured parchment, score the top, and transfer to a preheated
Dutch oven.
Bake at 450°F: 35 min, covered, + 10 min uncovered.
Cool for at least 1 hour before slicing.
