Do you have shoulder pain? You may have one of the following conditions!
Rotator Cuff Tendinitis: inflammation of the rotator cuff tendons, often caused by repetitive overhead activities or overuse. Symptoms typically include pain and tenderness in the shoulder, especially when lifting the arm. It can lead to swelling and stiffness.
Rotator Cuff Tears: This occurs when one or more of the rotator cuff tendons are partially or completely torn. Tears can result from acute injuries or degenerative changes over time. Symptoms include severe pain, weakness in the affected arm, and difficulty lifting the arm above the head. A complete tear may lead to a noticeable loss of function.
Impingement Syndrome: This condition occurs when the rotator cuff tendons are compressed during shoulder movements, often due to the narrowing of the space between the acromion (part of the shoulder blade) and the rotator cuff. It can cause pain, especially when lifting the arm or reaching overhead, and may be associated with tendinitis or tears.
